Starting with September 30^th, 2022, at 8:00, exhibitors can pick up their badges and parking cards from the EUROEXPO Information Office, within the ROMEXPO DISPATCH OFFICE located in B3 Hall.

SETTING UP PERIOD (September 30^th – October 3^rd, 2022)

September 30^th – October 3^rd is the period for own stands construction (AP); the access is allowed (free of charge) between hours 8:00 – 20:00, on E gate (Poligrafiei Blvd. no.1) sau D (Parcului Street, Mercedes office).
October 2^nd – 3^rd is the period for building the stands with Romexpo: access is free of charge (8:00 – 20:00).

EXHIBITION PERIOD (October 4^th – 7^th, 2022)

During the exhibition period, parking access will be on E gate (Poligrafiei Blvd. no.1), based on the parking card purchased from the Organizer.

STAND PRESENCE

The presence of exhibitors at the stand is compulsory during the fair / visiting hours.
October 4^th – 6^th, 2022, between 9:30 and 18:30
October 7^th, 2022, between 9:30 and 20:00

STAND DISMANTLING/ REMOVAL – EMPTYING THE EXHIBITION SPACE (October 7^th – 9^th, 2022):

October 7^th, 2022, between 16:30 and 20:00
October 8^th – 9^th, 2022, between 8:00 and 20:00

EXHIBITORS ACCESS

Exhibitors access by car: October 4^th – 6^th, 2022 on E gate (Poligrafiei Blvd. no.1), between 09.30 and 18.30 and on October 7^th, 2022 between 9:30 and 20:00.
Exhibitors walking access: October 4^th – 6^th, 2022 on gates B (Expoziţiei Blvd. no. 4), E (Poligrafiei Blvd. no.1) and D (Parcului Street, Mercedes office) between 9:30 and 18:30 and on October 7^th, 2022 between 9:30 and 20:00.
Parking card is available for the entire exhibition period – 21 euro/piece + VTA.
